This penthouse condo in Chicago’s South Loop had a large room that needed to be converted into a laundry room with a utility sink. We took this basic laundry room and added beautiful cabinets, granite countertops, a deep stainless steel undermount sink, recessed can lights and a front-loading washer and dryer. Who says laundry rooms have to be basic and ugly?
