This couple who owns a beautiful condo in Chicago’s loop was looking to sell their place and they knew that they needed the help of Design Inside to assist with paint selection as well as discuss some tips and tricks to stage their home for sale.

After receiving the request for help, Kathryn and Bill stopped by their condo and selected paint colors for every room in the house that would still accentuate the condo’s architectural details without offending anyone with a dramatic color pallet.  They also provided some sound advice for how to properly stage the home and assisted with the final selection of the kitchen backsplash.

This condo has only been on the market for a few weeks, however it has received heavy foot trafic which is tough to do in this current housing downturn.
