Transitional River North Front Entryway

A few key pieces of furniture and artwork can easily turn a boring entryway into a tasteful first impression for you and your guests.

Project Description:

Located in the River North neighborhood of Chicago, the couple that owned this townhome wanted to design a foyer that was welcoming to guests on a modest budget.

Inspiration:

The leather woven mirror provided the texture and inspiration for the rest of the foyer.

What We Did:

We selected of the furniture, window treatments, rugs, paint and artwork for the entryway.

Highlights:

  • The bench provides a place for the home owners and their guests to sit while removing their boots and shoes.
  • The dark paint color gives the entry an intimate and welcoming feel.
  • The deep red jute rug and leather woven mirror coordinate and provide a punch of color to the space.
