Every time we start off a new project for a client we always ask them to find photos of spaces they like or dislike. This process is extremely important because it not only helps you define your style to your designer, but it also helps you and your partner (if you have one) get on the same page. When looking for inspiration there are a variety of great sources; magazines, TV shows, existing homes, hotel lobbys and web sites. Here are a few of the favorite places I go for design inspiration:
