Green Construction Project in Logan Square

As I was walking my dog around Logan Square this morning, I noticed another great addition coming to the neighborhood along the Milwaukee Ave. corridor, the Logan Square Kitchen. From what I can tell from their website, Logan Square Kitchen will be a dining room for private parties and will rent out their space for private events.

An exciting aspect of this project is that the entire project is a LEED Gold construction project which means that they must meet a strict set of requirements in order to ensure that the building is as green as possible.
