Recently we selected paint for this transitional/modern 2 bedroom condo in the south loop. Here is a look at the colors we selected for this project and some pictures of the home after it was painted:
When we were asked to pick paint colors for this beautiful modern home in the Ukrainian Village neighborhood of Chicago, we knew that we wanted to keep with a natural and neutral color scheme to tie in with the style of the home. To keep with this color scheme we selected the following colors for each of the major spaces in the house.
The living room of this Lincoln Park townhome hadn’t been touched since it was built back in the early 1980’s. Take a look to see how we changed the dull and uninspiring fireplace and staircase into a beautiful modern feature of the home.
Mixing existing furniture with a few pieces of new furniture and a new floor plan, we were able to create an inviting living room and dining room out of the space that was once only used for a living room.
