Design Inside Now Accepts VISA and Master Card

We are happy to announce that starting today, we are now accepting credit cards for payment. We know that it can be tough to write a check for a few thousand dollars when you are purchasing a houseful of furniture or kitchen cabinets. To help ease this burden we are now providing our Design Inside customers the option to pay with their Visa and Master Card credit cards. Below is a brief document that outlines how to pay with your credit card.

How To Pay Online With Your Credit Card

1. Receive Email Invoice – When you are ready to purchase new merchandise for your home, or when your payment for design hours are due, you will receive an email from Design Inside with a PDF copy of your invoice, and a link to pay the invoice online with a credit card.
2. Open the Invoice – When you click on the link from the email, your browser will open up the online version of the invoice. At the top of the screen is a button that will allow you to pay online.
3. Enter Credit Card Information – On this screen you will be able to enter in your credit card and billing information.  We currently accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.  Please note that when paying by credit card, there will be a 3% Online Transaction Fee to use this service.  This fee is automatically included on all invoices, if you wish to pay by cash or check, please deduct the 3% Online Transaction Fee from your total payment.  If you forget to deduct this fee when paying by cash or check we will apply the overage in payment towards future invoices, or provide a refund at the project closure
4. Payment Summary – After your payment has been processed, you will be taken to a payment summary page. Please print this page for your records.
