Design Inside offers a variety of services that can fit your decorating needs. Whether you are staging a home for resale, decorating for the holidays, looking for help with transforming that living room into a beautiful gathering area, picking new paint colors to create a stimulating office setting, remodeling a kitchen, or if you just need some good interior design advice, Design Inside can help. We can customize our offerings to fit just about any sized project and budget, ensuring that you receive the service and attention required to help create the interior space you desire.
Below is a breakdown of our services and charges:
Single Design Session
Do you only need help selecting paint or deciding between two granite countertop colors? Let Design Inside stop by for a few hours to select these finishes for your home.
Schedule
Call us or email us to schedule a date and time for us to meet. Make sure you let us know your preferred paint brand and have any necessary samples available before our meeting.
Design
A designer will meet with you for a minimum of two hours to help you with picking paint colors, helping select materials or with whatever else you need.
Follow-Up
At the end of the consultation we will leave you with a list of all of the paint colors and the locations where they should go in your home. All you need to paint!

Interior Design Project
Do you need more than a few hours of design assistance? The design project is probably for you.
Schedule
Call or email us to schedule your Initial Consultation and have us answer any preliminary questions about your project. We will give you a list of items you need to prepare for your initial consultation meeting with one of our designers.
Meet
A designer will meet with you for about an hour to discuss your project. We will send an estimate to you with the number of design hours we think it will take to work on your project. There is a $75* fee for this meeting.
Sign
If you like the estimate and want to work with us, sign the contract, provide a deposit and we will begin work on your project. If you don’t like our estimate and decide to go with another designer, we will be sad, but won’t hold you to anything.
Design
It’s time to start your project. Our team of designers will work with you throughout the design process to come up with an awesome design that fits your tastes, needs and budget. Learn more about our design process here.

All of our projects involve the use of the entire design team, so some tasks may be completed by the Lead Designer or by a Junior Designer, that way we ensure that your design budget is spent wisely. Don’t worry, Katy or Bill will keep a close eye on you design to ensure it looks great!
*Trip Surcharges
With gas at ~$4 per gallon, projects located further out from the city will incur a $25 or $45 trip surcharge for every on-site visit (initial consultations, hourly consultations, project meetings, etc.). We decided a flat rate is better than an hourly drive rate charged by many design firms. Most city projects will not incur any charges so, please look at the map below for details.
